1.0 Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use, including any additional policies and notices referred to herein, ("Terms and Conditions") govern any person’s use of the La3eb mobile application/website (the "Application") in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA") or in any other country through which the Application may be accessed by an individual ("User"). The Application is owned and provided by MEC Company Limited, a limited company incorporated in accordance with laws of the KSA and registered with the Ministry of Commerce under Commercial Registration Number 1010178850, having its principle place of business at P.O Box 13244. The Business Gate, Airport Road No 2425, Qurtubah, Riyadh ("MEC"). Throughout the Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LA3EB.

As a User (also referred to as "you", "your" or "Customer", where applicable) of the Application/Website you must read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions.

User access and use of the Application constitutes User agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, which establishes a contractual relationship between User and LA3EB. If the User does not agree to the Terms and Conditions, then User may not access or use the Application. These Terms and Conditions expressly supersede prior agreements, understanding or arrangements with the User. LA3EB may immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions with respect to the User, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Application or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.

LA3EB may amend the Terms and Conditions related to the Application/Website from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon LA3EB’s posting of such updated Terms and Conditions at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the Application. User continued access or use of the Application after such posting constitutes User consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as amended.

1.1 Privacy Policy
1.1.1- LA3EB’s collection and use of personal information in connection with the Application/Website, is as provided in LA3EB’s privacy policy located at La3eb Privacy Policy.
1.1.2- We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that the protection of your personal information is important to you and have taken steps to ensure its security.
1.1.3- We process your personal information on our servers that are protected by physical and technological security measures. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles.
1.1.4- We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties without your explicit consent.

1.2 Account Registration
1.2.1- In order to use most aspects of the Application, the User must register for and maintain an active personal user account ("Account").
1.2.2- To obtain an Account, a User must not be under the age of legal majority, as per the laws of the KSA or in any other country through which the Application may be accessed.
1.2.3- If you are under the age of legal majority as per the laws of the KSA, or as per the laws which apply in any other country through which the Application/Website may be accessed, then you may use the Application/Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
1.2.4- Users who choose to access or use the Application/Website from outside of the KSA are responsible for compliance with local laws whenever applicable.
1.2.5- Account registration requires the User to submit to LA3EB certain personal information, such as the User’s name, address (including email address), mobile phone number, and gender.
1.2.6- The User agrees to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in respect of his or her Account. User failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in the User’s inability to access and use the Application or LA3EB’s termination of these Terms and Conditions with the User.
1.2.7- The User is responsible for all activity that occurs under his or her User Account, and agrees to maintain the security and secrecy of his or her User Account username and password at all times. We assume no liability to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you in protecting your password or Account.
1.2.8- Any suspicious activities on your Account should be notified by contacting us immediately through the various means available at La3eb Support Hub.
1.2.9- The details you have provided during Account registration will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.3 User Content
1.3.1- You may submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available textual, audio and/or visual content and information (including post reviews, comments, commentary and feedback related to the Application/Website and submission of entries for competitions and promotions) through the Application/Website ("User Content")
1.3.2- All User Content remains the property of the User, however, by providing User Content to LA3EB, the User grants LA3EB a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Application and LA3EB’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from User, and without a requirement to make any form of payment to User or any other person or entity.
1.3.3- The User represents and warrants that: (i) User either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or User have all rights, licenses, consents and releases necessary to grant LA3EB the license to the User Content as set forth above; and (ii) neither the User Content nor User submission, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available of such User Content nor LA3EB’s use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
1.3.4- User agrees to not provide User Content that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive, as determined by LA3EB in its sole discretion, whether or not such material may be protected by law.
1.3.5- LA3EB may, but shall not be obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content, at LA3EB’s sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, without notice to the User.

1.4 Mobile Application Security
1.4.1- Customers are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Application, including without limitation:
a- Accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;
b- Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
c- Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the mobile application, overloading, and "flooding", "spamming, "mail bombing "or crashing";
d- Sending unsolicited emails, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or
e- Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
1.4.2- Violations of the Application’s security measures, any LA3EB system or any LA3EB network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
1.4.3- Customer agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Application or any activity being conducted on the Application. LA3EB will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any Users or other individuals who are involved in such violations.

1.5 Electronic Communication
1.5.1- As you use the Application/Website and communicate with us electronically, you also consent to receive updates from us electronically, by means of email, newsletter or by us posting notices such as disclosures on the Application (in-Application push notifications).
1.5.2- Customer agree that any notice that LA3EB provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement, including any requirement that requires us to provide you with notice in writing.
1.5.3- LA3EB may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other electronic notices with your information for training purposes, to check instructions given to us and to improve the quality of our customer service.

1.6 My Shopping Cart
1.6.1- LA3EB reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items selected per person, per household or per order on 'My shopping cart'.
1.6.2- The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
1.6.3- Customers will be notified should such limits be applied.

1.7 Products’ Information, Stock and Pricing
1.7.1- While the Application/Website strives to provide accurate product information (such as stock availability, pricing, products features, images and specifications) and services information, typographical errors may occur.
1.7.2- The colors of our products that appear on the Application will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
1.7.3- Our publishing of any form of product/service information (including, but not limited to, marketing proposal, advertisements, offers, magazines and flyers) on the Application/Website does not guarantee stock, offer and price availability whether online or in store.
1.7.4- Errors may occur in the process of providing product/service and pricing information on the Application/Website. The Application/Website cannot confirm the pricing and total cost of a product/service until online checkout is completed.
1.7.5- In the event that a product/service is listed and invoiced at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product/service information, LA3EB have the right to either contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
1.7.6- In the event that LA3EB we accept and process your order online, the total cost will be debited from your credit card account (or other approved payment method) and you will be notified by email that the payment has been processed.
1.7.7- Stock availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

1.8 Indemnities
User agree to indemnify and hold LA3EB and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
User’s use of the Application or goods obtained through User’s use of the Application;
User breach or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions;
LA3EB’s use of User’s User Content; or
User violation of the rights of any third party.
1.9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1.9.1- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the KSA.
1.9.2- If any dispute, claim, difference or controversy arising out of, relating to or having any connection with these Terms and Conditions, including as it may relate in any way to your use of the Application and / or website, or to any products distributed by LA3EB, or the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination and/or any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them (for the purpose of this section "Dispute") then the courts of the KSA in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such Dispute and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the KSA in Riyadh.
1.9.3- For the purposes of this section, Customer / User waive any objection to the courts of the KSA in Riyadh, as applicable, on the grounds that such courts are an inconvenient or inappropriate forum to settle any Dispute.

1.10 Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
1.10.1- LA3EB may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions without any prior notification.
1.10.2- Customers can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on the Application & the website.
1.10.3- In the event that the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, unfortunately, you should discontinue using the Application / website. However, if you continue to use the Application, you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of the Application / website.

The Application & the website provides the possibility to purchase product(s) and /or service(s) online and to settle payment online, or on delivery. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.
LA3EB accept the following modes of payment:
Online payment transactions:
SADAD payment system,
Bank credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) only for those cards issued by banks within KSA through an internet payment gateway service provider.
La3eb’s Wallet (Online top up)
Cash on delivery: for customers without access to a credit card or SADAD, we accept cash on delivery ("COD") as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that cash payment orders will be charged an additional service fee per order no matter the number of items your order contains and/or the purchases value.
For online payment transactions,
The Customer will receive an order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized, through Email communication.
We cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card supplier for any reason.
All payment details which are entered through the Application / website payment gateways are encrypted. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are also encrypted.
Credit card details provided by customers for benefiting from the online service will be valid and accurate and you shall only use a credit card which is lawfully owned by you.
The said information will not be utilized and shared by the online service with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.
The online service will not be liable for any credit card fraud. Any liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on customers and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on he/she.
In the event that we are unable to supply the full or portion of the order, we will inform you accordingly. A full or partial refund will be given -through credit card- where you have already been charged for.
Using the online payments facility of the mobile application & the website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this facility.
1.12 Referral program
Invite Friends, Earn Credits
1.12.1-Send unlimited invites to your friends
1.12.2-Earn 5 SAR for every friend who spend 50 SAR or more in his/her first order
1.12.-The amounts will be credited directly to your account, whenever applicable

1.13 Pre-Owned products
Badel – Program
1.13.1 All pre-owned products have been tested and are guaranteed to work.
1.13.2 For PS4 consoles: Guaranteed for three (3) months. If the Product is not working immediately after purchase, simply return the unit within three (3) days for a replacement Or refund if replacement item is not avaibale.
1.13.2-3 After three (3) days if the console stops working bring the unit to La3eb’s Service Center for repair. Contact La3eb for details.
1.13.3 For other accessories (DS4, Cameras & VR headset): No Guarantee is offered. If the Product is not working immediately after purchase, simply return the unit within three (1) days for a replacement or refund if replacement item is not avaibale.
1.13.4 All refunds, replacements and in-warranty repairs require the original proof of purchase.
1.13.5 Product will be shipped not including the original box, instruction manual and/or code for playing online.

1.14 Complaints
Customers can send their complaints through the channels available at La3eb Support Hub.

2.0 Orders
2.1 Order Cancellation

2.1.1 Cancellation by LA3EB LA3EB reserves the right to cancel an order due to any of the following reasons:
a- Customer payment is rejected or declined
b- Customer fails to settle payment of their bill reference number via SADAD within two (2) hours of submitting the order
c- Customer buys more than two (2) pieces of the same item.
d- Customer provides an incorrect/inaccurate delivery address.
e- Customer is not reachable
f- Customer is not reachable using the contact details provided. LA3EB is committed to providing the best possible customer service, as such any bulk orders over a quantity of 2 of the same item or promotion/offer to the same customer or business orders will be cancelled at the discretion of LA3EB. Delivery fees (and all associated costs) will be borne by the Customer if:
The order is canceled post shipping is done by LA3EB, or
If LA3EB cancels the order under any of the circumstances described above.
2.1.2 Cancellation by Customer Please contact us in the event you would like to cancel your order. It is the customer’s right to cancel an order due to any of the following reasons:
a- LA3EB are unable to procure / deliver the product/service(s) within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, unless the delay in delivery is due to an event which is outside of our reasonable control.
b- The Customer may cancel the order within seven (7) days following date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is not used & sealed with original packaging, except where:
The purchase of products for software download over the internet (does not include software that may not be downloaded fully due to a defect)
Any defect in a product due to the Customer’s poor possession.
2.2 Order Amendment
2.2.1- If a customer / user would like to amend an already placed order via the Application or the website, please notify us immediately and we will seek to amend the order accordingly, whenever possible
2.2.2- If the order is already shipped, the "Returns, Exchange, Refund" section below will apply (Section # 5.0)
2.3 Pre-Orders
2.3.1- Pre-orders are guaranteed in terms of customer orders. Once payment is confirmed, we will guarantee your pre-order product however delivery times are based on their respective release date as communicated by the manufacturers.
2.3.2- Customers who placed pre-orders will receive updates from LA3EB if the delivery date changes with respect to the product.
2.3.3- Customers can request a full refund on any pre-order at any time prior to shipment and their order will be refunded in the standard process and time.

3.0 Warranty, Maintenance and Repair

3.1. NEW products.
3.1.1- LA3EB warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for two (2) years from the date that you received the product.
3.1.2- Customer must check and read owner manual before using the product to make sure it meets all safety, security and electrical local requirements.
3.1.3- Unless specified otherwise, electrical products that LA3EB sell are designed to work on 220-240 Volts. If you do not have appropriate installation to operate at this electrical voltage, we do not recommend you to use the product.
3.1.4- Products damaged due to use with wrong electrical sources and / or supplies will not be accepted under manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
3.1.5- All products sold by us have received quality control approvals and are deemed to be functional when shipped by us.
3.1.6- After (7) days from the date you receive the product, if there is any problem with the purchased product, it is recommended to contact directly manufacturer's authorized service center in KSA to procure a repair of the product.
3.1.7- Customers can contact LA3EB to obtain manufacturer's authorized service center locations and contact details.
3.1.8-The warranty is valid only at the LA3EB service centers mentioned or referred to by the product card
3.1.9-The warranty shall not be honored if the model and / or Serial number on the unit and / or in this warranty card is altered, mutilated, and / or removed.
3.1.10-The warranty will not cover the damages due to causes beyond the control of LA3EB including but not limited to accident, transportation, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance application of wrong voltage natural disaster, modification, repair by unauthorized service centers or any operations inconsistent with the operation manual of the unit.

3.3 Pre-Owned products – Badel program
3.3.1 La3eb warrants PS4 consoles for three (3) months as a “REPAIR Warranty”, from the date that you received the product.
3.3.2 Within the warranty period, 3 months, If the price of the repair is less than the purchase price, La3eb will fix the item. If the repair price is higher than the purchase price, La3eb will then replace the unit with another Pre-owned item, if available. If no replacement item is available, La3eb will be obliged to do a full refund of the amount paid.
3.3.2 For Accessories (DS4, Cameras & VR headset), NO warranty will be given. Customers can choose to return the product within 24 hrs, in case the product NOT working.

4.0 Delivery Information and Charges

4.1 Small item delivery (less than 15kg)
a- Delivery Charges: Free over SAR 50 purchases
b- For purchases below SAR 50 – SAR 25 shipping and handling fee will apply.
c- Cash on Delivery Charges:
SAR 25 cash on delivery charge will apply for orders placed with Cash on
delivery as a payment option.
4.2 Large item delivery
a- Delivery Charges: Free over SAR 50
b- For purchases below SAR 50 – SAR 25 shipping and handling fee will apply.

4.3 Delivery Lead-times

a- Main Cities, from 2-3 Working days
b- Remote cities, up to 5 working days
c- Details are show on both the product page & during the checkout process

5.0 Return, Exchange & Refunds
5.1- For all new items purchased, customers can return the items, if they wish, In case you are not satisfied with your product(s), or the product(s) is defective, within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
5.2- For BADEL program, items can be returned within 3 days from purchase date.
5.3- To request a return please follow below steps:

Click on “Order Details” for the order you would like to initiate a return.
Click on “Return items” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Care channels (via e-mail, WhatsApp or call) to submit your return request. Please note that our agents will need your order number to initiate the process.
5.4- Exclusions:
- Digital Code products are non-returnable.
- Software, video games are non-returnable once opened.
- Products which are damaged as a result of misuse, such as scratches or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection, or missing some parts of the product (such as catalogues, accessories…).
5.5- When returning a product, it must be in its original packing, with full set of accessories and manuals included.
5.5- All refunds, replacements and in-warranty repairs require the original proof of purchase.
5.6- Once the return request is initiated and the required checks are completed, you will be contacted by one of our agents to confirm your request.
5.7- Organizing the Pick-up for the item you would like to return will be arranged by La3eb. Depending on your location, the pick-up arrangement can range between 2-5 days.
5.8- Once you hand over the items to the courier, the items will be received and checked by our team to ensure they satisfy return conditions.
5.9- Once approved, your refund process will start. Depending on the payment type, you will receive your money within 14 days.
