Let's look at some of the greatest games.
F1 22
Platforms: PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
This month sees the release of the next installment in Codemasters' yearly racing simulation series. F1 22 improves on the tried-and-true gameplay system with new vehicle models and enhanced dynamics. F1 Life, a customized hub feature where players may acquire vehicles, outfits, and accessories, is also being introduced. The game is also going to get adaptive AI and VR support for the PC. Because of the letdown of the most recent Formula One game, F1 21, expectations for the game are high.
Madison
Platforms: PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch.
Madison is a psychological thriller in which you are entrusted with bridging our world and the world after completing a ceremony in which your character participated many years ago. In this first-person psychological horror game, you play as Luca, who wakes up in a dark room with blood on his hands. To do so, you'll need to utilize your camera to "see" the other side, solve some eerie-looking puzzles, and do whatever it takes to avoid a dreadful end.
Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series
Platforms: Switch.
The upgraded 3D platformers include better aesthetics and music, as well as 60fps, 4K resolution, configurable difficulty levels, a two-player cooperative mode, and a stopwatch mode. With the release of these remasters, Bandai Namco is commemorating the 25th anniversary of its long-dormant platforming franchise. Originally released in 1997, the remasters were originally made for the PlayStation and PS2.
Loopmancer
Platforms: PC on Steam.
Loopmancer is a 3D platformer rogue-lite action game with intriguing gameplay, realistic visuals, and a fully realized cyberpunk universe. Players will cycle between several lethal weapons and abilities in order to strengthen and improve their fighting skills. Players assume the character of a detective who resurrects after an unexpected death and struggles in this vivid and futuristic eastern city.
Stray
Platforms: PC, PS4, and PS5.
Stray is a third-person role-playing game in which you play as a cat in a dystopian future. The cityscapes are exquisitely detailed and populated with lifelike robots. Playing from the perspective of a cat adds a new dimension to the game. The game will be available for free on day one for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium customers.
The game puts players in the shoes of an anonymous cat who lives in a cyberpunk metropolis. As they travel the world, the cat must collaborate with a little drone dubbed B-12. Players will be able to completely immerse themselves in cat life along the way. There's also a "meow" button. Can’t beat that.
Live A Live
Platforms: Switch.
Live A Live is a remake of the same-titled 1994 Super Famicom JRPG. The original game was only available in Japan at the time, so this is its first official release in the west. Live A Live is made up of seven discrete stories, each set in a different era. An eighth chapter is unlocked, revealing a final story that ties all the narratives together around a recurrent adversary.
Digimon Survive
Platforms: PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch.
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Digimon anime, Bandai Namco is launching a new adventure. Digimon Survive is a visual novel with survival and strategy RPG aspects that introduces a fresh set of main protagonists led by Takuma Momozuka, who become lost on a school spring break trip and are transported to a mysterious parallel world teeming with monsters. The game is divided into sections, each with its own gameplay style and mechanics, such as looking for methods to live, conversing with others, or teaching their Digimon. Unlike Pokemon, it will be available on all platforms, not just the Switch.
