Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use, including any additional policies and notices referred to herein, ("Terms and Conditions") govern any person’s use of the La3eb mobile application (the "Application") in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA") or in any other country through which the Application may be accessed by an individual ("User"). The Application is owned and provided by MEC Company Limited, a limited company incorporated in accordance with laws of the KSA and registered with the Ministry of Commerce under Commercial Registration Number 1010178850, having its principle place of business at P.O Box 13244. The Business Gate, Airport Road No 2425, Qurtubah, Riyadh ("MEC"). Throughout the Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MEC.
As a User (also referred to as "you", "your" or "Customer", where applicable) of the Application you must read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions.
User access and use of the Application constitutes User agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, which establishes a contractual relationship between User and MEC. If the User does not agree to the Terms and Conditions, then User may not access or use the Application. These Terms and Conditions expressly supersede prior agreements, understanding or arrangements with the User. MEC may immediately terminate these Terms and Conditions with respect to the User, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Application or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.
MEC may amend the Terms and Conditions related to the Application from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon MEC’s posting of such updated Terms and Conditions at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the Application. User continued access or use of the Application after such posting constitutes User consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, as amended.
Privacy Policy
MEC’s collection and use of personal information in connection with the Application is as provided in MEC’s privacy policy located at https://la3eb.com/privacy-policy ("Privacy Policy").
We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that the protection of your personal information is important to you and have taken steps to ensure its security. We process your personal information on our servers that are protected by physical and technological security measures. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties without your explicit consent.
Account Registration
In order to use most aspects of the Application, the User must register for and maintain an active personal user account ("Account"). To obtain an Account, a User must not be under the age of legal majority, as per the laws of the KSA or in any other country through which the Application may be accessed.
If you are under the age of legal majority as per the laws of the KSA, or as per the laws which apply in any other country through which the Application may be accessed, then you may use the Application only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Users who choose to access or use the Application from outside of the KSA are responsible for compliance with local laws whenever applicable.
Account registration requires the User to submit to MEC certain personal information, such as the User’s name, address (including email address), mobile phone number, and gender.
The User agrees to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in respect of his or her Account. User failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in the User’s inability to access and use the Application or MEC’s termination of these Terms and Conditions with the User.
The User is responsible for all activity that occurs under his or her User Account, and agrees to maintain the security and secrecy of his or her User Account username and password at all times. We assume no liability to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you in protecting your password or Account. Any suspicious activities on your Account should be notified by contacting us immediately through the various means available at https://la3eb.com/contact-us.


The details you have provided during Account registration will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
User Content
You may submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available textual, audio and/or visual content and information (including post reviews, comments, commentary and feedback related to the Application and submission of entries for competitions and promotions) through the Application ("User Content")
All User Content remains the property of the User, however, by providing User Content to MEC, the User grants MEC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Application and MEC’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from User, and without a requirement to make any form of payment to User or any other person or entity.
The User represents and warrants that: (i) User either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or User have all rights, licenses, consents and releases necessary to grant MEC the license to the User Content as set forth above; and (ii) neither the User Content nor User submission, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available of such User Content nor MEC’s use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
User agrees to not provide User Content that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive, as determined by MEC in its sole discretion, whether or not such material may be protected by law. MEC may, but shall not be obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content, at MEC’s sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, without notice to the User.
Mobile Application Security
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Application, including without limitation:
accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;
attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the mobile application, overloading, and "flooding", "spamming, "mail bombing "or crashing";
sending unsolicited emails, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or
forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
Violations of the Application’s security measures, any MEC system or any MEC network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Application or any activity being conducted on the Application. MEC will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any Users or other individuals who are involved in such violations.
Electronic Communication
As you use the Application and communicate with us electronically, you also consent to receive updates from us electronically, by means of email, newsletter or by us posting notices such as disclosures on the Application (in-Application push notifications). You agree that any notice that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement, including any requirement that requires us to provide you with notice in writing.
We may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other electronic notices with your information for training purposes, to check instructions given to us and to improve the quality of our customer service.
My Shopping Cart
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items selected per person, per household or per order on 'My shopping cart'.
The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. The Customer will be notified should such limits be applied.
Products Information, Stock and Pricing
While the Application strives to provide accurate product information (such as stock availability, pricing, products features, images and specifications) and services information, typographical errors may occur.
The colors of our products that appear on the Application will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Our publishing of any form of product/service information (including, but not limited to, marketing proposal, advertisements, offers, magazines and flyers) on the Application does not guarantee stock, offer and price availability whether online or in store.
Errors may occur in the process of providing product/service and pricing information on the Application. The Application cannot confirm the pricing and total cost of a product/service until online checkout is completed. In the event that a product/service is listed and invoiced at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product/service information, we have the right to either contact you for instructions, or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. In the event that we accept and process your order online, the total cost will be debited from your credit card account (or other approved payment method) and you will be notified by email that the payment has been processed.
Stock availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by MEC
MEC reserves the right to cancel an order due to any of the following reasons:
Customer payment is rejected or declined
Customer fails to settle payment of their bill reference number via SADAD within two (2) hours of submitting the order
Customer buys more than two (2) pieces of the same item.
Customer provides an incorrect/inaccurate delivery address.
Customer is not reachable
Customer is not reachable using the contact details provided.
MEC is committed to providing the best possible customer service to our customers, as such any bulk orders over a quantity of 2 of the same item or promotion/offer to the same customer or business orders will be cancelled at the discretion of MEC.
Delivery fees (and all associated costs) will be borne by the Customer if they cancel their order after shipment of the product(s) by MEC, or if MEC cancels the Customer’s order under any of the circumstances described above.
Cancellation by Customer
Please contact us in the event you would like to cancel your order. You reserve the right to cancel an order due to any of the following reasons:
We are unable to procure / deliver the product/service(s) within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, unless the delay in delivery is due to an event which is outside of our reasonable control.
The Customer may cancel the contract within seven (7) days following date of receipt of the product provided they have not used the product, except where: (i) the purchase of products for software download over the internet (does not include software that may not be downloaded fully due to a defect) (ii) any defect in a product due to the Customer’s poor possession and (iii) if the subject matter of the contract is videotapes, disks, CDs or information programs. Should the Customer decide to exercise such a right, then they will bear the full the costs resulting from the termination of the contract.
Amending Orders
Where you have made a mistake in submitting an order via the Application, please notify us immediately and we will seek to amend the order accordingly. Where more than 24 hours has elapsed, or where we have already shipped your order, the "Returns, Exchange, Refund" section below will apply.
Warranty, Maintenance and Repair
The following section applies only in respect of new products. Where you have purchased a pre-owned product, please refer to the section on Pre-owned items below.
We warrant the product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for two (2) years from the date that you received the product from us.
MEC extended warranty services are available for many categories of products that we sell.
You must check and read owner manual before using the product to make sure it meets all safety, security and electrical local requirements.
Unless specified, electrical products that we sell are designed to work on 220-240 Volts. If you do not have appropriate installation to operate at this electrical voltage, we do not recommend you to use the product. Products damaged due to use with wrong electrical sources and / or supplies will not be accepted under manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
All products sold by us have received quality control approvals and are deemed to be functional when shipped by us. After (7) days from the date you receive the product, if there is any problem with the purchased product, it is recommended to contact directly manufacturer's authorized service centre in KSA to procure a repair of the product.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order are guaranteed in terms of customer orders. Once payment is confirmed, we will guarantee your pre-order product however delivery times are based on their respective release date as communicated by the manufacturers.
Customers who placed pre-orders will receive updates from MEC if the delivery date changes with respect to the product.
Customers can request a full refund on any pre-order at any time prior to shipment and their order will be refunded in the standard process and time.
Pre-owned Items
Sale – From MEC to Customer:
All pre-owned products have been tested and are guaranteed to work.
PS4 consoles are guaranteed for three (3) months.
If the console is not working immediately after purchase, simply return the unit to the place of purchase within three (3) days for a replacement.
After three (3) days if the console stops working bring the unit to your local MEC Service Centre for repair.
For software purchases, if you are not completely satisfied, just return the product to the place of purchase within three (3) days for a replacement or refund.
All refunds, replacements and in-warranty repairs require the original proof of purchase.
Product may not include the original box, instruction manual and/or code for playing online.
Purchase – By MEC from Customer:
Prices paid for purchases are subject to change without notice.
Software titles must be approved for sale in KSA and must not include banned games.
Purchased items must be in full working condition.
Hardware must have all necessary components for MEC to purchase.
All purchases are subject to manager approval.
MEC reserves the right to stop making purchases of any product without notice.
You are responsible for permanently removing any personal information or User content from any device which you sell to us. By selling your product to MEC, you release MEC from any claim relating to the product (including but not limited to loss of a device or its contents) and any music, pictures or other data stored on it. You also release MEC from any claim for loss or unauthorized access, use or disclosure of any personal or private data or information stored on the device.
All purchases are final.

Indemnities
User agree to indemnify and hold MEC and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) User’s use of the Application or goods obtained through User’s use of the Application; (ii) User breach or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) MEC’s use of User’s User Content; or (iv) User violation of the rights of any third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the KSA. If any dispute, claim, difference or controversy arising out of, relating to or having any connection with these Terms and Conditions, including as it may relate in any way to your use of the Application, or to any products distributed by MEC, or the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination and/or any dispute relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them (for the purpose of this section "Dispute") then the courts of the KSA in Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such Dispute and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the KSA in Riyadh. For the purposes of this section, you waive any objection to either the courts of the KSA in Riyadh, as applicable, on the grounds that such courts are an inconvenient or inappropriate forum to settle any Dispute.

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
MEC may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on the Application. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the Application. However, if you continue to use the Application, you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of the Application.

SECURE PAYMENT
The Application provides the possibility to purchase product(s) and /or service(s) online and to settle payment online, or on delivery. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.
We accept the following modes of payment:
For online payment transactions: SADAD payment system, bank credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) only for those cards issued by banks within KSA through an internet payment gateway service provider.
Cash on delivery: for customers without access to a credit card or SADAD, we accept cash on delivery ("COD") as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that cash payment orders will be charged an additional service fee per order no matter the number of items your order contains and by purchases value.
For online payment transactions, the Customer will receive an order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized. We cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card supplier for any reason.
All payment details which are entered through the Application payment gateway are encrypted when you enter them. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are also encrypted.
We will not provide any of your payment information obtained via the Application to third parties (including companies or individuals) unless we are required to do so by applicable law. This information is processed by our payment merchant.
Credit card details provided by you for benefiting from the online service will be valid and accurate and you shall only use a credit card which is lawfully owned by you. The said information will not be utilized and shared by the online service with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The online service will not be liable for any credit card fraud. Any liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.
In the event that we are unable to supply the full or portion of the order, we will inform you accordingly. A full or partial refund will be given -through credit card- where you have already been charged for.
Using the online payments facility of the mobile application indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this facility.
The Application is certified by Maroof.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
In case you are not satisfied with your product(s), or the product(s) is defective, within 7 days from the date you receive your order, you can request a "Return Material Pre-Authorization" to return the product(s) to MEC.
[Exclusions:
Digital Code products are non-returnable.
Software, video games are non-returnable once opened.
MEC does not allow return or exchange of products which are damaged as a result of misuse, such as scratches or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection, or missing some parts of the product (such as catalogues, accessories…)]
When returning a product, it must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection.
All refunds, replacements and in-warranty repairs require the original proof of purchase.



WARRANTY POLICY FOR SONY PRODUCTS
MEC, the distributor of Sony products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia warrants this unit without charge for parts and labor, against defects in materials or workmanship subject to the following terms and conditions.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
1- The warranty is valid only at the MEC service centers mentioned or referred to by this card
2- The warranty is valid only if duly stamped and dated by the dealer from whom the unit is purchased and if presented along with the unit and the original invoice.
3- This warranty shall not be honored if the model and / or Serial number on the unit and / or in this warranty card is altered, mutilated, and / or removed.
4- This warranty will not cover the damages due to causes beyond the control of MEC including but not limited to accident, transportation, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance application of wrong voltage natural disaster, modification, repair by unauthorized service centers or any operations inconsistent with the operation manual of the unit.

Terms of Service - Chat with Other Gamers

When a User uploads or otherwise submits content to our Services, he/she gives LA3EB a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (e.g. as translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that the content in question works better with the Services), communicate, publish, perform, display and distribute such content. The rights a User grants in this license are for the limited purpose of operating and improving the Services, and to develop new ones. If User employs the Services to share content with others, anyone he has shared content with (including the general public, in certain circumstances) may have access to the content, depending on the channels and the way the content was shared.

LA3EB may provision or deprovision access to the Services, enable or disable third party integrations, manage permissions, retention and export settings, transfer or assign workspaces, share channels, or consolidate this workspace or channels with other workspaces or channels, and these choices and instructions may result in the access, use, disclosure, modification or deletion of certain or all User Data.

You may also request that your account is deleted, together with all the messages you have previously sent and your personal information, such as names and email addresses.

Community Guidelines
At LA3EB, our mission is to provide the best gaming experience created by our growing community where creators and communities can interact safely. To achieve this goal, we ask that all users participate in such a way that promotes a friendly, positive experience for our global community.

In addition to our Terms & Conditions we provide the following guidelines for our community. These guidelines fall under a common sense philosophy and apply to all user generated content and activity on our services. This is considered a living document that we regularly update based on the evolution of the LA3EB community and service. Additional guidelines or specific exceptions may be applicable for certain services or properties under the LA3EB Service.
To protect the integrity of our community, as the provider of the service, we at LA3EB reserve the right to suspend any account at any time for any conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful. Such actions may include: removal of content, a strike on the account, and/or suspension of account(s).


Breaking the Law
You must respect all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services. Any content or activity featuring, encouraging, offering, or soliciting illegal activity is prohibited.

Suspension Evasion
All suspensions are binding until expiration or removal upon successful appeal. Any attempt to circumvent an account suspension or chat ban by using other accounts, identities, or by appearing on another user's account will also result in an additional enforcement against your accounts, up to an indefinite suspension.

Self-Destructive Behavior
Any activity that may endanger your life or lead to your physical harm is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: suicide threats, intentional physical trauma, illegal use of drugs, illegal or dangerous consumption of alcohol, and dangerous or distracted driving. We do not make exceptions for self destructive behavior performed as a stunt or gag made in jest, or meant to entertain, when the behavior could reasonably be expected to cause physical injury.

Violence and Threats
Acts and threats of violence will be taken seriously and are considered zero-tolerance violations and all accounts associated with such activities will be indefinitely suspended. This includes, but is not limited to:
Attempts or threats to physically harm or kill others
Attempts or threats to hack, DDOS, or SWAT others
Use of weapons to physically threaten, intimidate, harm, or kill others
LA3EB does not allow content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism, or violent extremist actors or acts. This includes threatening to or encouraging others to commit acts that would result in serious physical harm to groups of people or significant property destruction. You may not display or link terrorist or extremist propaganda, including graphic pictures or footage of terrorist or extremist violence, even for the purposes of denouncing such content.


Hateful Conduct and Harassment
Hateful conduct is any content or activity that promotes, encourages, or facilitates discrimination, denigration, objectification, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability or serious medical condition or veteran status, and is prohibited. Any hateful conduct is considered a zero-tolerance violation. We will take action on all accounts associated with such conduct with a range of enforcement actions, including and up to indefinite suspension.

Harassment is any content or activity that attempts to intimidate, degrade, abuse, or bully others, or creates a hostile environment for others, and is prohibited. Depending on the severity of the offense, your account may be indefinitely suspended on the first violation.

We prohibit using LA3EB to facilitate hateful conduct or harassment, whether the targets are on or off LA3EB. Individuals, communities or organizations that do so are not allowed to use our services. We may take action against users for hateful conduct or harassment that occurs off LA3EB services that are directed at LA3EB users.

Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information
Do not invade the privacy of others. It is prohibited to share content that may reveal private personal information about individuals, or their private property, without permission. This includes but is not limited to:
Sharing personally identifiable information (such as real name, location, or ID)


Impersonation
Content or activity meant to impersonate an individual or organization is prohibited. Any attempts to misrepresent yourself as a member of LA3EB representatives is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in indefinite suspension.
Spam, Scams, and Other Malicious Conduct
Any content or activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of LA3EB services or another user's experience or devices is prohibited. Such activity includes:
Posting large amounts of repetitive, unwanted messages or user reports
Distributing unauthorized advertisements
Defrauding others
Spreading malware or viruses
Misinformation (such as feigning distress or posting misleading metadata)
Selling or sharing user accounts
Defacing, or attempting to deface, website pages or other LA3EB services (such as uploading inappropriate or malicious content)
